Intellectual property and geometric control of your products remain centralized at TAGNI-TECH. Our design office develops all your technical documentation in-house.

TAGNI-TECH scientifically selects and validates the highest-performing materials to maximize the lifespan of your equipment:
- Métaux ferreux et fontes : aciers de construction à haute limite d'élasticité, aciers alliés traités, fontes ductiles et aciers inoxydables (304L/316L) rigoureusement certifiés pour le fraisage et l'industrie agroalimentaire.
- Alliages non ferreux et polymères : aluminium pour des performances optimales en termes de légèreté, bronzes et laitons pour les pièces de friction et polymères techniques (POM-C, nylon, PTFE) pour les pièces d'usure.
Strategic Sourcing & Industrial Tool Selection
The selection of the best factory under the exclusive direction of TAGNI-TECH
Manufacturing is outsourced to our network of certified partner factories (notably in Turkey), but TAGNI-TECH remains the sole contracting authority.
- Process-to-Machine Fit: We select the most suitable production unit ourselves based on cost-quality criteria, lead times, and technical requirements (5-axis CNC machining centers, advanced laser sheet metal fabrication).
Process Control: We impose our manufacturing requirements on the selected factory, including the monitoring of certified welders (EN/ASME standards) and heat treatments (case hardening, nitriding).
Production Management & Quality Control (QA/QC)
Physical presence and strict metrological inspection by our teams
TAGNI-TECH never delegates quality control. Our engineers monitor manufacturing from A to Z and personally inspect every batch.
- Production Milestone Tracking: We monitor the manufacturing schedule in real time directly within the workshops to guarantee strict adherence to your lead times.
- Pre-shipment Inspection: TAGNI-TECH performs a comprehensive final metrological inspection (measurement of critical dimensions, visual inspection, weld quality). Every piece of equipment leaves the factory accompanied by the official TAGNI-TECH Compliance Report.
International Logistics Flexibility & Integrated Supply Chain
Customized delivery, fully adapted to your supply processes
Because every purchasing department operates under its own framework agreements and transport flows, TAGNI-TECH adapts its logistics to your industrial organization to guarantee total flexibility:
- Option 1: Customer Pickup (Ex-Works / FCA): As soon as the final metrological inspection and TAGNI-TECH quality control are validated, your teams are immediately notified of product availability. We provide you with the exact packing list so your regular carriers can proceed with the pickup at our hubs.
- Option 2: Turnkey Management by TAGNI-TECH (DAP / DDP Incoterms): We entrust the entirety of the freight to our network of specialized international logistics partners. We handle the transport, real-time cargo tracking, and all customs formalities (import/export) up to the physical, unstuffed delivery at your factories.
- Rigorous Technical Packaging: Whichever option is selected, TAGNI-TECH designs and validates specific industrial packaging (reinforced maritime crates, VCI anti-oxidation protection, shockproof bracing) to preserve the geometric integrity of your spare parts and equipment until unpacking.
